Spring Is the Season for a Thorough Inspection

While some parts of the country are seeing lingering winter snow in April, most regions are experiencing much more pleasant spring weather, with the milder temperatures inspiring many homeowners to tackle a variety of spring-cleaning projects, such as repainting, pressure washing and deep cleaning.

But as you’re completing these types of ground-level tasks, don’t forget to look up! In fact, your roof should be at the top of your to-do list.

After months of freezing temperatures, sleet and/or snow, your roof may be showing some of the tell-tale signs of needing repair or replacement, such as damaged or missing shingles, sagging gutters or leaks.
